This is the updated Project Plan. I tried to focus more on the objectives listed above. I am lost as to what to do with the budget. I have no idea how much a project like this would cost, so I can't even come up with a budget on my own. Feel free to send me an email with any comments.
Here is my power point slide. I wasn't sure what you were referring to in your slide suggestion, and I didn't really know how to put together a slide based on that information. So I used the first half of the timeline as a "sample" on the slide. I figured that it incorporated the most aspects of the presentation (the phases, the research, the stakeholders, etc.) into one slide.

Okay, I made up a sample budget (my numbers are probably all wrong) and I incorporated it into the project plan. This is the final edition.
